Founded in Richmond, Melbourne Clark St Coffee Roasters have been sourcing, roasting and supplying specialty coffee to Victoria and the wider Australian market since 2010. 

As a speciality cofffee roaster we only source high grade coffee. We work closely with our import partners to facilitate communication with coffee growers, maintaining strong relationships with producers, which ensures quality and traceability year after year. All our coffees are roasted individually in small batches to ensure a consistent, quality product. We roast each coffee to highlight its individual characteristics rather than adopting a specific roast style. This approach is used for our single origin coffees and for all our blend components.

We supply a full range of specialty teas, chais and drinking chocolates, as well as all the bar equipment you may require. Through our partnership with planetware, we’ve also got you covered for all your compostable takeaway cups, lids and packaging. Sustainability

We were the first coffee roaster in Australia to launch fully compostable econic coffee packaging in 2010. We also work closely with compostable cup manufacturer planetware to champion a more sustainable disposable cup and packaging solution for our wholesale partners. Sustainability has always been fundamental to everything we do.
